During Term 4 the College sends out an annual account for the forthcoming year. Various payment options are available including a discounted fee for full payment by a nominated date. A late payment fee may be charged for overdue accounts.

The College endeavours to charge an all-encompassing fee, which covers the cost of materials, compulsory excursions, camps, retreats etc. Additional charges are levied for music lessons and instrument hire, VET subjects, Charter Buses and non-compulsory camps, etc.
