Parent Access Module (PAM)

To access PAM from home (External Access) please do the following:

• Click the LOG INTO PAM button below
• When the PAM Login page loads, enter your username and password in the format below
  • Parent ID, eg: 12345   (*Example Only*)
  • Password, eg: 654896    (*Example Only*)

Outlook Web Access

To access your email from home please do the following:

• Click the OUTLOOK WEB button below
• When the login dialog box appears, enter your NETWORK LOGIN details (the ones used to login into the College computers) in the below format
  • domain\username, ie: parade\ASanderson
  • password , ie: passw0rd123

Please note: passwords ARE case sensitive

Things to check if login fails;

• Make sure you are entering your username in the form of parade\username
• Make sure you are using a back-slash \ and not a forward-slash /
• Make sure your browser or security software is not blocking the page from popping up or loading.
